INFORMATION ON THE ACTIVITIES OF THE MPL GROUP FACING COVID-19 PANDEMIC
In view of the risk related to the spread of the virus in our country, we send current information on the activities of MPL Group companies as well as logistical information:
1. Each of the companies has taken actions in the field of hygiene and sanitation to ensure the health and safety of employees and partners of the companies. These activities include, among others, ozonizing rooms and offices on a daily basis, measuring body temperature of employees and suppliers, providing disinfectants and protective masks. Persons with elevated temperatures will not be able to enter our offices and facilities. We ask for your understanding and cooperation in this regard.
2. We have limited to a minimum the personal collection of our goods from the warehouses of Rybnik, Zabrze, Katowice, Kraków, Warsaw. All customers are requested to report their orders to be delivered by carrier instead personal collection, regardless the distance between warehouses.
We completely limit visits to contractors, presentations and planned trainings, valuations of PV and RES installations, they will take place on dates allowing for their execution.
Due to the growing demand for certain products, we intend to gradually increase our stock to ensure better availability of goods after the pandemic.
Unfortunately, we are forced to extend the production time of some equipment due to staff shortages in connection with the introduced regulations. There is also information about the suspension of transit through some European countries, which may have repercussions on the supply of components for production. Please refer to the sales departments of our companies for information on this subject.
We assure you that we will make every effort to ensure maximum protection for our Employees and Partners during this difficult time and to limit the impact of the global crisis on the business situation of our Partners.
